The wine combines the heritage of the Hospices de Beaune with the precision and intensity associated with Lucien Le Moine’s cellar work. Les Montrevenots is a Premier Cru vineyard in Beaune, and in this white cuvée it produces a Chardonnay with freshness, floral lift and clear mineral definition. The 2019 vintage brings ripeness and texture, balanced by the freshness needed for ageing. Tasting notes Clear and bright in colour, the wine shows an elegant floral bouquet with pure white fruit notes. On the palate it is fresh and poised, with citrus, white peach and gentle mineral character. The finish is clean and refined, showing both precision and the generosity of the 2019 vintage. A rare Hospices de Beaune white Burgundy with the added pedigree of Lucien Le Moine élevage, offering elegance, texture and strong cellar potential.

The 2022 vintage of Samuel Billaud's 1er Cru Mont de Milieu Chablis is distinguished by its high quality and refinement. From Billaud's vinard this showcases a remarkable balance of crisp acidity and... a rich texture with flavors of apple and stone fruit. It also features pronounced salinity in the finish, which is a hallmark of Chablis. The wine was matured 80% in tank and 20% in barrels for a year, before being blended and aged for an additional year in the tank. This process contributed to the wine's complexity and elegance, with a denser hue and lovely texture.
