There is Gavi and from the best slopes, Gavi di Gavi where Moargassi’s Tuffo comes from and is vastly superior to the more mass produced wines of Gavi. Made from Cortese grapes and slowly cold fermented,. the wine is a lovely pale & brilliant straw yellow with aromas of white flower & citrus flavours that are intense and complex. It is very fresh, dry & crisp. All in all a delicious white wine that makes me purr with pleasure
