The 2025 vintage continues the style that has made this such a dependable favourite, combining freshness, balance and bright fruit. It consistently competes well against far more expensive rosés, offering impressive quality and typicity vintage after vintage.
Tasting notes
Château St Baillon Rosé 2025 shows aromas of strawberry, raspberry and pink grapefruit, with subtle floral notes.
On the palate the wine is crisp and dry, with fresh red berry fruit supported by lively acidity and a clean mineral edge. The finish is refreshing and balanced, making it particularly easy to drink.
A classic Provence rosé with proven consistency and broad appeal, ideal for summer drinking, seafood, salads and lighter Mediterranean dishes.

The perfect fresh and crisp rosé for spring/summer drinking. La Palerna’s altitude provides the wine with exceptional acidity and elegance. This is so gloriously combined with subtle ripe red fruits - strawberries, orange, light floral notes and a harmonious and lasting long finish.
A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Sangiovese.
Alcohol is at 12.5%.
